ORDER

As undertaken before this Court on 03.04.2025, the respondents have paid a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- to the petitioner towards full and final settlement of the petitioner's claim. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, stating that a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- has been received from the respondents towards full and final settlement of the petitioner's claim.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the property documents of the respondents were given to the petitioner at the time of availing the loan and the same will have to be returned. Since the claim of the petitioner has been fully settled, this petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. The petitioner is also directed to return the original documents pertaining to the property owned by the respondents, which were handed over to the petitioner at the time of availing the loan by the respondents, to the respondents within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
