2. This Court by order, dated 20.06.2022, directed the Family Court, Erode to dispose the I.D.O.P.No.22 of 2017 within a period of six months. Since the said I.D.O.P. could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the lower Court, by its letter dated 29.05.2023, sought for three months time.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned by the Court below, time already granted is extended by four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.

4. Registry is directed to ensure that this order is dispatched within 15 days from today.
