ORDER

Complaining of harassment at the hands of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor, on getting instructions, represents that the petitioner is a drug peddler and more than 20 cases are pending against him and his presence is also required with reference to the enquiry under Section 110 of Cr.P.C and in such view of the matter, the petitioner will have to cooperate with the respondent police for concluding the enquiry.

3.Taking the abovesaid factors into the account, as the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent police for concluding the enquiry in various cases and in respect of Section 110 of Cr.P.C proceedings initiated against him, for availing his presence, the respondent police is directed to issue summons/notice to the petitioner in accordance with law and conclude the same.
