This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply the order of this Court dated 30.01.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.36141 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, nature of offence charged against the petitioners and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered by granting one month time to the petitioners to comply the order of this Court dated 30.01.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.36141 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
