ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the transfer of the petitioner in proceedings dated 16.06.2018 to be illegal and arbitrary.

2. However, the learned counsel for the respondents in this case submitted that a proceedings of the third respondent dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

02.07.2018 indicating the fact that he has withdrawn the said order of transfer has been filed in this writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid, no cause of action survives for adjudicaton in this case and therefore this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
