Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate award and to make payment of compensation to the petitioner on acquiring the remaining part of the petitioner's property measuring an extent of 750 sq.meters in Survey No.3/4 Part and S.No.3/5A Part at Vanagaram Village, and pay compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 would submit that pending the writ petition, the petitioner has come forward for a private negotiation and executed a sale deed in favour of the National Highways Service Authorities on 22.01.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader shall be recorded by this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 & 3, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
