2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the property under dispute was already delivered to the respondent. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel and considering the fact that nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision petition, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
