ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter Karthika @ Abirami, aged 19 years and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenue has been secured. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also acknowledged the said fact.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
