PRAYER: Appeals filed under Clause 15 of Letter Patent to set aside the order dated 30.09.2011 passed in W.P.Nos.20789 and 20790 of 2011. Writ Petitons filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of declaring the Contract No. CCI/GNT/Mktg (s)/10-11/47 dt 21.3.2011 and contract No.CCI/GNT/MKTG(S) 2010-11/50 dated 1.4.2011 entered between the petitioner and the 4th respondent as null and void besides directing the 1st respondent herein to refund the Earnest Money Deposit of the petitioner lying with the 1st respondent.
