O R D E R

Despite the matter being posted for dismissal, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the respondent, Mr.Swaminathan, has been present on the previous hearing as well as considering the representation of Mr.Swaminathan, that the parties have already settled the disputes, it is possible that the learned counsel for the petitioner is therefore not appeared before this Court. In any event, since there is no representation even when the matter has been posted for dismissal, there is no other alternative but to dismiss the Original Petition for non prosecution.

3. Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
