When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that pending writ petition, the 3rd respondent / District Collector passed the final order, dated 17.02.2019 and nothing survives for adjudication. Further, he has produced a copy of the order in Na.Ka. No.8273/2016/B2, dated 17.02.2019 before this Court. Hence, he seeks liberty to challenge the proceedings of the aforesaid order.

2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and by recording the aforesaid order passed by the 3rd respondent, the prayer sought for, has become infructuous and as such, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
