Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to process the regularisation application filed by the petitioner vide CMDA/Reg-113C/1165/2019 dated 27.05.2019 for the existing Kalyana Mandapam building at No.3, Ashok Pillar Road, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 83 and further direct respondents 1 to 3 from taking any coercive action in furtherance of the impugned lock and seal and demolition notice in 10/00152/2023 dated 08.06.2023 issued by the Executive Engineer, Zone-X, GCC and till such time the regularisation application under Section 113C before the fourth respondent is fully decided.
