The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 26.06.2014 passed in E.P.No.108 of 2011 in O.S.No.295 of 2006, by the learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam. 1/3

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner present and made a submission that the relief sought for by the petitioner is became infructuous, due to the reason that the property was already delivered. Further, she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
