Taking into consideration the narrow scope of the relief sought for in this revision petition, after hearing the learned counsel, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu is hereby directed to first dispose of the L.R petitions in I.A.Nos.220 and 221 of 2017 in O.S.No.372 of 2007 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and take up the trial of O.S.No.372 of 2007 and dispose of the said suit itself within a period of six months thereafter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
