Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32016 of 2019 by order dated 09.12.2019.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32016 of 2019 by order dated 09.12.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32016 of 2019 by order dated 09.12.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
