ORDER

The petitioner was suspended from service on 02.06.2003 and thereafter, reinstated. Under these circumstances the petitioner had filed C.P.No.43 of 2009 which came to be disposed vide dated 21.02.2011 by the Labour Court by directing the respondent to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.7,39,126/- together with interest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

at the rate of 6% from the date of claim petition till the date of realization and also a cost of Rs.2,000/- from the respondent.

2. Meanwhile, the petitioner has also attained the age of superannuation on 12.04.2004. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on merits of the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2021 within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
