C.M.P.No.13131 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 184 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th Petitioner Mathaiyan in CRP.No.3447 of 2017. 2.C.M.P.No.13139 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 210 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Petitioner K.V.Perumal in CRP.No.3447 of 2017. 3.C.M.P.No.13134 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th Petitioner Mathaiyan in CRP.No.3447 of 2017.

4.C.M.P.No.13140 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st Petitioner K.V.Perumal in CRP.No.3447 of 2017.

5.C.M.P.No.13142 of 2023 has been filed to bring the Petitioners 6 & 7 and Respondents 9 & 10 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Petitioner K.V.Perumal and as Petitioners 6 & 7 and Respondents 9 & 10 in CRP.No.3447 of 2017 in the Civil Revision Petition.

6.C.M.P.No.13136 of 2023 has been filed to bring the Petitioners 8 to 12 herein on record as the legal representative of the deceased 5th petitioner Mathaiyan and as Petitioners 8 to 12 in CRP.No.3447 of 2017. 7.C.M.P.No.13132 of 2023 has been filed to bring the 8th Respondents herein on record as the legal representative of the deceased 4th respondent as 8th respondent in CRP.No.3447 of 2017.

8. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
