(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) For conducting the Teachers' Eligibility Test, guidelines have been laid down vide G.O.Ms.No.181 dated 15.11.2011, inter alia, keeping in mind the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP(Civil).Nos.18227 to 18228 of 2008 dated 20.08.2008.

2. The prayer made in the petition is that these guidelines should be followed while carrying out the Teachers' Eligibility Test.

3. Learned Government Pleader states that the guidelines will be adhered to.

4. In view of the aforesaid statement, there is no lis surviving and the writ petition is closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
