Common Prayer: These petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to extend the time for complying conditions which was imposed by this Court order passed in Crl.OP.Nos.14719, 15035 & 14740 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020, 24.09.2020 and 21.09.2020 respectively, for a period of two weeks.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) These petitions have been filed to extend the time to

surrender before the Court in purusuance with orders in Crl.OP.Nos.14719, 15035 & 14740 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020, 24.09.2020 and 21.09.2020 respectively.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.OP.Nos.14719, 15035 & 14740 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020, 24.09.2020 and 21.09.2020 respectively, with some conditions. However, due to the Corona Pandemic situation, these petitioners could not able to comply with the conditions within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of these cases, the petitions are ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, these petitions for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
