ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the court in pursuance with the order of this Court dated 07.02.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.30794 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30794 of 2019 dated 07.02.2020 with some conditions. He further submitted that the cost has been already paid.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the fact that the order has been passed on 07.02.2020, which was made ready on 18.02.2020, which was lapsed by efflux of time. Hence, the extension of time cannot be granted. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application along with cost memo. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
