On earlier occasion i.e. 14.11.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned standing counsel for the respondents seeks time for filing counter and directed to list the case after four weeks.Even today, (02.02.2017) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on 12.07.2016, the encroachmnent was duly removed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
