Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Honble court on 02.06.2020 made in Crl.OP.no.8085 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8085 of 2020 dated 02.06.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 3,000/-[Rupees three thousand only] to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c.No.484026006 IFSC.No. IDIB000M157. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
