Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and made a submission that the disputes between the petitioner and the respondents are settled before the trial Court. Further the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, in view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
