ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the third respondent herein in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2023.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that in a civil dispute, the third respondent/Inspector of Police called for enquiry and demanded a sum of Rs.20,000/- from the petitioner to take action against the respondents 4 and 5, when the petitioner declined to give the amount, he was made to put his signature in a white paper and the complaint was closed. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 4.It is relevant to note that the allegations are arising out of civil dispute, even the complaint is closed, nothing prevented the petitioner to pursue the complaint by alternative method by invoking provisions under Sections 156(3) or 200 of Cr.P.C., instead, on mere bald allegations, this Court cannot direct the authorities to take disciplinary actions. Accordingly, I do not find any merits in this case.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 2/4
