d) Direct the defendants 1 to 4 to pay jointly and severally as sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- as damages to the plaintiff. e) pay the cost of the suit.

The contents of the said Memo are recorded hereunder;

"1.The plaintiff has filed the above suit seeking for declaration and permanent injunction along with other reliefs.

2.The plaintiff does not wish to proceed with the above suit and seeks to withdraw the above numbered suit.

3.The plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees paid." 2/4

2. Permission is granted and the present suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Registry is directed to refund the admissible Court fees in terms of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1965.
