ORDER

Seeking quashment of Clause 5.1 read with Annexure II of the prospectus (Information and Instructions to the Candidates) for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission 2010 and for consequential relief, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for in this writ petition is related to the Academic Year 2010-2011, which is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
