ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners "that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.11270 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
