ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No. 6 (b) of Crl.O.P.No.8936 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
