The present Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 28.03.2022 made in W.P.No.5949 of 2022.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that representation of the petitioner has been considered and produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Collector dated 19.10.2022 to that effect. She further submitted that copy of the said order has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he so aggrieves. No costs.
