ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.4924 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.32302 of 2024 dated 16.03.2026.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4924 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.32302 of 2024 dated 16.03.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m., once a week until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 08.06.2026 cda 2/4
