(Crime No.481 of 2019) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.32368 of 2019 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.32368 of 2019 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32368 of 2019 dated 04.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
