ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's appeal dated 03.10.2019 will be disposed in accordance with law and on merits after hearing the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal within the aforesaid period. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
