ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.4936 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 viz. 'the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once a week on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
