The Original Application No.878 of 2001 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in Ser.IV(2)/100573/98 dated 1.11.2000 and quash and to direct the respondents to assign seniority to the petitioner as claimed by him in his representation to the 1st respondent dated 1.2.1999 and grant him all consequential benefits. The same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.2319 of 2007.
