When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner had deceased on 18.11.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, by submitting as above, has placed before this Court, a copy of the death certificate issued by the concerned authority.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner thus submits that the present Writ Petition stands abated.

In view of the aforesaid submission, since the petitioner has deceased and the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner do not intend to pursue the case, the present Writ Petition is closed as abated.
