Learned counsel for the petitioner is given liberty to bring photographs to show that the properties of the encroachers have not been damaged to the extent that they cannot reside therein, rather, a superficial demolition has been made to show that the encroachment has been removed on the land belonging to waterbody.

Let photographs be produced by the petitioner within a week.
