O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020, that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Vilakkuthoon Police Station every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders ad the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
