The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10962 of 2026 by an Order dated 29.04.2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is suffering from Heart ailment and prays to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Paragraph No.6(b) of the Order dated 29.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.10962 of 2026.

3.This Court has perused the Medical Report.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Other conditions imposed therein shall remain unaltered / intact. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
