[RESPONDENTS] Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ Of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent pertaining to the grant of temporary permit in favour of the 3rd respondent under Pt. No.1194/TD/TP1/TP/2016 dated April 2016 to ply its stage carriage service bearing Regn No.PY01CK2479 on the interstate route Puducherry to Tindivanam (via) Gorimedu TCX Road, Vanur, Mailam and Kuttripettu and quash the same and forbear the 1st and 2nd respondents from granting any further temporary permit in favour of the 3rd respondent to ply on the interstate route Puducherry to Tindivanam (via) Gorimedu TCX Road, Vanur, Mailam and Kuttripettu.

Heard Mr.M.Palani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Reena Ishwariya, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, to quash the temporary permit granted in favour of the third respondent, to ply its stage carriage service on the interstate route and to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from granting any further temporary permit in favour of the 3rd respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that since pucca permit has been granted in favour of the third respondent vide proceedings dated 27.06.2016, by the State Transport Authority, Puducherry, for operating interstate route, nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. 4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
