O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5254 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10332 of 2020 dated 03.09.2020 directing him to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has not been filed, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5254 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10332 of 2020 dated 03.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two months starting from January 2021, until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
