As directed by this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner has recorded the evidence of attesting witnesses and a Report has also been filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner on 09.11.2021, which is taken on record.

However, the evidence of attesting witnesses are not found in the Court bundle.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also not been examined as a witness yet.

4. Therefore, Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Master for recording the evidence of the petitioner on 23.11.2021.

5. Learned Master is directed to complete the recording of evidence within a period of two weeks thereafter and after recording of evidence, the learned Master is directed to post the matter before this Court on 09.12.2021.
