The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.2,42,284/- towards reimbursement of medical expenses which he incurred and paid to the hospital towards his treatment in Royal care super speciality Hospital, Neelambur, Coimbatore from 26.02.2022 to 08.03.2022 and based on the representations dated 21.03.2022, 11.07.2022 and 17.08.2022 with interest at the rate of 18% per annum, within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations dated 21.03.2022, 11.07.2022 and 17.08.2022 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
