ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The above Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's son viz., S.Appu alias Rahul, aged about 18 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Court.

3. We enquired the detenu viz., S.Appu alias Rahul. He states that he is ready and willing to go with the petitioner, who is his father.

4. Recording the said statement, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
