These applications have been filed to grant leave to sue against the respondents/defendants to institute the suits as the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2.It is the contention of the applicant that the transaction aroses within the jurisdiction of this Court.

Cheques were issued, the same was dishonoured.

3.Having regard to the cause of action which arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and the defendants are residing out the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted.

4.All the above applications are ordered accordingly.
