ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 465, 420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.423 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners promised the defacto complainant to get job to one Sivaraj and Rmachandran in abroad, for which, he received Rs.12,25,000/- and Rs.6,50,000/- respectively. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation is still pending and till date, the petitioners have not repaid the money. Therefore, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the fact that the case is at the initial stage of the investigation and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
