This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.212 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Nagapattinam and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Page No 1 of 3

Pondicherry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the H.M.O.P.No.212 of 2019 was disposed of on 28.03.2024. He has also produced the Court adjudication in order to substantiate the same.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Petition and accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
