2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 13.7.2012 made in W.P.No.38745 of 2006 has been complied with.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent that the order stands complied with and finding that though there is some delay in compliance of the same is neither wilful, nor wanton, this contempt petition is closed.
