Mr.K.Mylsamy has entered appearance for the 13th respondent.

This petition has been filed to implead the purchaser of the property from the official assignee.

2. The revision arises against an order seeking amendment under Section 35 of the Provincial Insolvency Act. In this proceeding, the purchaser is a proper and a necessary party. Therefore, he is impleaded.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
