ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2019 passed by the first respondent thereby rejecting the petitioner's request to issue sale deed in the name of M/s.GDR & Co., in respect of shop No.J-106 situated at Periyar Vegetable Market, Koyambedu Whole Sale Market, Chennai.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with draw the writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
