Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to put up Concrete Road leading to the Burial Ground in S.No.409/3A of an extent of 0.37.0 Hectares (0.43 cents) in Kaliyampoondi Village and to construct culvert over the irrigation channel across the Road.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 21.10.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 25.10.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, i.e. 25.10.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
